If there was ever an iconic plugin, this is it. A cult following for sure. It seems like it’s been around forever, and was the “I swear by this” plugin for a long time.

It’s been a while since there has been an update to this, but that might be because there is not much to improve on. You may have noticed most of the plugins I own are from the “big-name / expensive” guys, but PSP is that rare indie exception.
Waves Kramer HLS
Yes, the king of unusual controls! And it just makes the HLS even more fun to use. I use this as part of a channel strip / console set-up along with the other Kramer plugins.
UAD UA 175-B / 176 Compressor
Just had these a couple of days, but they are quirky and fun and touchy as heck. And you have to love anything with a control marked “Vernier,” thank you Pierre.
Waves RS56 Plugin
Those graphs look pretty clean, a might too clean I would say. Not that I have a 1950s RS56 laying around, but I’m going to guess it was a bit more noisy and added a bit more distortion than this plugin.
